About
National Security Associates was founded in 1996 and has become a national premier military and police tactical training company.
Military units whose “Mission Essential Task List” includes small unit, special operations combat are the units that currently train regularly at NSA facilities. The company’s police training division is also known throughout the police tactical community as the facility to send your operators to. Military units can train in small unit assault techniques, urban raids, vehicle offensive and defensive operations, command security detail operations, all protocols of general combat demolitions, explosive structural breaching, and special purpose demolition techniques. Other tactical training options are available and are coordinated face to face when required with unit commanders, S3 officers, or designated team leaders.
Police tactical units can train in all police tactical operation and special enforcement protocols. Although we do not mix military and police classes, many of the tactical principles and techniques of special operations effect both organizations. The big differences are mission statements and requirements, equipment, and rules of engagement in certain operations. NSA personnel have been giving world class, experienced training and operational consultation to the nation’s military and police tactical teams since 1987, well before the establishment of the current company. All NSA personnel have served at least ten years in military or police tactical teams and many have over twenty years experience. On the military side, all instructors have served tours in current combat operational areas and many have served years in the units we now train.
Company Goal
Our goal is simple, give the best military and police special operations training available anywhere.
Mission/Implied Tasks
Ø Meet all current military needs for small unit combat.
Ø Determine the soldier or police officers objectives for training and train to those objectives, safely, intensely, and
professionally.
Ø Insure all training is taught using the latest TTPs from the current operational areas.
Ø Insure all attendees training at NSA leave the facility better prepared for their mission than when they arrived.
Company/Client Relationships
NSA success is based on understanding military and police tactical needs, and providing professional, experienced instructors to meet those needs while staying abreast of advances in technology, tactics, and supporting equipment that will win the GWOT, special or conventional military combat, and police special tactical employment in support of homeland security operations.
Long Term Customer Relationships
NSA has had long term relationships as active unit members and trainers with its military special operations, regular military, and police clients that on a personal and professional basis go back to the 1960s. Some instructors have over fifty years in operations and training, and continue to operate in active theaters to this day. The unmatched experience of our trainer operators allows us to tailor special courses that keep pace with current operational TTPs and unit training directives. NSA is currently actively training units for both GWOT and internal homeland security operations. NSA stands ready to train or operate anywhere in the world that our expertise may be required by United States forces or police tactical units.
